The 2011 1-Series convertible from BMW is a nimble sports car that lets in the sun. The rear-wheel-drive drop-top comes in three variations with two drive train choices. The 128i and 128i SULEV versions share the same smooth revving six-cylinder engine that puts out 230 horsepower. A 6-speed manual transmission is standard equipment on all 1-Series cars, but there are automatic transmission options available. The 128i and 128i SULEV can be ordered with a 6-speed automatic, and the 135i can come with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.

The new BMW 128i convertible has a smooth revving 24-valve inline 230-hp 6-cylinder engine and a six speed manual transmission. An automatic transmission with six speeds is an available option. 
The 2011 BMW 135i Convertible has a turbocharged 300-hp 6-cylinder engine with piezo fuel injection. It’s been calibrated for sensitive and sporty handling, too. Auto-leveling-and-cornering Xenon Adaptive Headlamps, paired with high-intensity headlight washers, keep your view of the road clear in all conditions.
